So yeah, it's NeoCities, which is kinda like ye olde GeoCities, except that I guess they (he?) won't get acquired by Yahoo? And it's all like HTML5 and stuff.
Pretty decent in-browser editor, FWIW.
Styling is via some sort of Bootstrapish thing, "Ground Floor", not too bad really.
